Binary Code
Humans communicate with sounds that form words. The volume of these sounds can be high or low and everywhere in between.
Computers communicate with electricity. Unlike sound, electricity can only be on or off. There is no in between.
For computers, on equals 1 and off equals 0.
If you string together on's and off's (or 1's and 0's) they can create a code.
we call this Binary Code.
